Understand the Consumer

Many sales people pitch a product a certain way hoping to reach the interest of others to buy what their selling. The problem is sometimes the connection doesn't always happen and the seller becomes discouraged due to a lack of success. Engaging your business with the customer can assist in understanding the customer and evolving the business to better connect with the problems they may be having. The idea of having current and potential customers take polls or surveys can help narrow down what are the common positives or negatives for the given area being studied.
